Clare is an experienced and credible TEDx & keynote speaker.
With a wealth of personal and professional experience, she brings a unique perspective to her work, drawing on her leadership expertise and lived experiences. Having worked in toxic and challenging workplaces, Clare has faced burnout, anxiety, and alcohol addiction - challenges she has managed for over two decades.
A sudden loss in her personal life gave her the jolt she needed to put her mental health first, prompting her to resign from a high-pressure job, leave behind 16-hour days, and set up her own business. Her mission is to help teams build cultures and ways of working that enable people to thrive, not just survive.
Clare's recent ADHD diagnosis has further fuelled her passion for neuro-inclusion in the workplace. She advocates for greater understanding and inclusion of neurodivergent individuals within organisations, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
With a background in learning and development, leadership consultancy, and wellbeing strategy, Clare has held senior management roles across Europe and Asia. Her most recent work includes leading Burberry's global wellbeing strategy and heading up wellbeing strategy at mental health consultancy PVL.
Clare has worked with organisations ranging from FTSE 100 companies to dynamic start-ups - including Channel 4, the Harry Potter Studios, KPMG & the Ministry of Justice - helping them create bespoke wellbeing strategies, advise global leaders, and measure their impact.
Clare’s passion lies in creating real and lasting change in the world of work, building sustainable, high-performing teams where individuals can truly thrive.
