Business and management graduate, businesswoman and mother - passionate about driving young people forward and empowering women in business. Wanting to inspire change and people's well-being is the driving force behind Sara's talks: to encourage all individuals to be comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
Born and raised in Wales, Sara is fluent in both Welsh and English. She was brought up within the hospitality industry as part of her family business, allowing her to meet all walks of life and enabling her to engage and relate to different personal needs. Sara did a degree whilst having two very young children, and wants to make individuals realise that everything is possible if you set your mind to it.
Sara's love and passion for business has come from a young age, and it became natural for her to be very versatile in this everything she does. Sara feels incredibly passionate about women in business. She sees herself very much of a mentor for women and young people, and helps them recognise their value and purpose in life.
Being comfortable in being uncomfortable allows Sara to work with individuals to build their self-confidence and believe that they can realistically achieve great things. She also talks about how to deal with conflict and out of the ordinary situations.
Sara says that self-fulfilment is very important to her, and if she can inspire and create self-confidence in anyone, she has certainly succeeded.
