Rachel Fitzsimmons is a highly sought after Sexual Health and Wellbeing Expert Speaker and Trainer.

Her Professional experience ranges from heading up the Sexual Health team in Liverpool for the NHS, Lecturing in Sexual Health and most recently Founder and Managing Director of Talk the Talk Education - a specialist wellbeing and sexual health education consultancy.

She makes difficult things easy to talk about and works directly with young people as well as with school leaders, teachers, and parents to give young people the best relationships and sex education and help them navigate their teenage years.

Rachel is also a regular Sexual Health Expert contributor with lots of recent and relevant experience in TV and Radio on all things Sexual Health from Sex Education in schools, parents talking to their children about sex, relationships, pornography, sexual harassment, and assault with a wider expertise in young peoples wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence building and positive thinking.
