Keith Gladstone is an Registered Osteopath, Sport Scientist and Performance Coach who has had a unique and interesting career in professional sport and celebrity TV.
Keith is currently consultant Osteopath to the England Rugby team and focused on preparing the team for the Rugby World Cup in Japan 2019. Keith has worked extensively in the front line of performance and injury management in elite sport; from pitch side trauma management, physical conditioning and player development to injury rehab and recovery. Keith has led the medical team at the Worlds Strongest Man competition for 7 years and continues to do so. He has been a leading member of the medical team at Lord's cricket ground with Middlesex and the MCC for 7 seasons and toured extensively and internationally with professional teams.
Keith has also worked in many other unique and challenging environments...From the ski slopes in Austria for Channel 4's "the Jump", to poolside with ITV's "splash", to many other physically challenging events and celebrity reality TV. Keith and his teams have had to deal with high profile people, pressured environments, significant injury and the odd diva strop!
Keith believes that for people to excel in any area of their life, an integrated approach to health and behaviour is required. People are more than just muscle, skin and bone, they are a complex system of physiological, psychological, anatomical and cultural parts that are equally important if one is to thrive.
