Katrice Horsley started life as a selective mute and went on to become the National Storytelling Laureate of the UK, performing and telling stories around the world.
She has a background in child development and child play and is passionate about the power that stories have in helping children develop language and try on new identities. She has worked and delivered training and performances in a range of settings and countries, from refugee camps in Palestine to corporate boardrooms in Denmark.
Her playful and interactive presentations enable people and children to be fully engaged and take ownership of the performances and stories that she shares. Her training style is similar and through it she enables people to safely step outside their comfort zones in order to grow and develop.
She is published by Routledge and wrote an award winning bereavement resource for the British Heart Foundation and is currently working on her new book that is all about her work.
