Footballer Jessica Clarke has an incredible 52 caps for England, and was top goal scorer for an entire domestic season for Notts County. She has reached the pinnacle of her sport and scored 11 goals for the England national team. She has been part of the World Cup, Two European championships and was part of the 2012 Olympics, and was the recipient of a FA legacy number 168 - launched on England Women's 50th anniversary.

Jessica Anne Clarke, born on May 5, 1989, is an accomplished English footballer. Over her career, Clarke has made significant contributions to every team she has played for, as well as the England national team.

Clarke began her football journey at Leeds United, joining the club at the Under-16 level. She quickly rose through the ranks, making her senior debut at just 16. During her time at Leeds, Clarke played in three consecutive FA Women’s Cup Finals, scoring in the 2008 final, and helped the team win their first major silverware by securing the Premier League Cup in 2010.

In 2010, Clarke signed with Lincoln Ladies, where she was seen as a major signing. She continued her impressive form when the club rebranded as Notts County in 2014. Her performances were so outstanding that she was nominated for the PFA Women’s Players' Player of the Season.

Clarke joined Liverpool in April 2017, where she made 68 appearances and continued to demonstrate her versatility and skill on the field. Most recently, played for Durham, bringing her extensive experience and leadership to the team.

On the international stage, Clarke has represented England at every level from Under-16 to the senior team. She made her senior debut in 2009 against South Africa and quickly made an impact, scoring in her second appearance against Scotland. Clarke was part of the England squad for the UEFA Women’s Euro 2009, where she played a key role in the semi-final victory over the Netherlands. She also represented England at the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup and was part of for Team GB at the 2012 London Olympics.

Throughout her international career, Clarke earned over 50 caps and contributed to many significant victories, including crucial World Cup qualifiers. In recognition of her contributions, Clarke was honored with legacy number 168 by the FA during the 50th anniversary of England’s inaugural international match. Jessica Clarke’s career is a testament to her dedication, skill, and resilience, making her a prominent figure in women’s football both at the club and international levels.
