Bolu is a the CEO of Fagborun Limited, an executive coaching & consultancy business. He’s successfully transitioned from a former professional athlete and manager to a provider of bespoke transformational executive coaching and consultancy specialising in leadership both for emerging talent and executives in high growth and highly skilled industries like tech, digital and consultancies.

Bolu is a former professional rugby league player with Huddersfield Giants, Sheffield Eagles, Batley, and Rochdale Hornets. He played internationally for Nigeria in 2019 and coached Nigeria’s National team to success in the Middle East and African competition in Ghana 2022.

Post sporting career he’s successfully transitioned into a provider of bespoke transformational executive coaching and consultancy specialising in leadership both for emerging talent and executives in high growth and highly skilled industries like tech, digital and consultancies.

Fagborun Ltd has a range of business investments ranging from sports delivery program, Nigerian crop farm, landscape gardening and courier company.
Bolu is passionate about sports and is a member of the West Yorkshire combined authority culture, heritage and sports helping deliver on these vital sectors for the 2.3 million people in the region. The committee is chaired by the country's first female metro Mayor Tracy Brabin.

Bolu has recently been on T.V, radio and newspaper with the announcement of £1.1 million football foundation grant for East Bierley Community sports association he played a key role in developing the strategic community plan.

Bolu has recently been at the forefront of a brand new festival called ClimbUK showcasing industry, innovation and investment with 200 investors, professional services and over 1,000 founders of growing businesses trying to change the world.

He is a former alumni of Bradford university & Huddersfield university.

Bolu always starts his talks talking about his family who began with nothing in this country as commonwealth students but have fought their way towards achievements that continue to grow; professional athletes, degrees, MBE from King Charles, P.H.D, FT illustrator, a Civil Judge, current premier league academy player, barrister, T.v commercials and more importantly trying to make a difference.
