Alex is a Manchester based radio presenter & broadcaster, voice-over artist, event host and public speaker. He has over a decade of presenting skills and a passion for new and popular music.

A University of Manchester graduate, Alex has worked for some of the UK's biggest broadcasters including Bauer Media and the BBC. If you would like an insight into the world of radio, the media and music industry or direction for public speaking and personal confidence then look no further.

His time on air has seen him interview some of the world's biggest music and film stars - from Rihanna and Katy Perry through to Mumford and Sons and One Direction.

Alex currently hosts the hugely popular XS Manchester Breakfast Show and, over 15 years, has presented radio shows for some of the UK's biggest networks.

His time on air has included interviews with some of the world's biggest music stars - from Rihanna and Katy Perry through to One Direction & Green Day. He has presented world-exclusive content including unique access to artists including Coldplay, Adele, Lady GaGa and Pink.

Alex is currently the lead male Voice Over on the BBC Local Radio Network across England.

Beyond broadcasting, Alex is a Visiting Lecturer at The University of Chester teaching Media & Broadcast students and also works with a range of high-profile business clients to develop personal & business public speaking skills.

He has hosted many public and corporate events including the Manchester Christmas Light Switch On, Manchester Day Parade and countless major music events including the international announcement for Robbie Williams' World Tour in 2012.

Alex graduated from The University of Manchester in 2002 with BA (Hons) Combined English & History and is now qualified as a professional Celebrant as a member of the UK Society of Celebrants.
