School Speakers and U-Explore have come together in an exciting partnership to provide schools with bespoke solutions to their careers guidance requirements.

We understand some of the key challenges facing schools at the moment but we also appreciate the environment within which these challenges appear. For this reasons our services are tailored to meet your needs and priorities around Careers Guidance. We are different because:

You choose the person: We work with your team to develop a bespoke person specification for your desired careers guidance professional, then launch our recruitment process to provide you with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. Your school is fully involved in the thorough screening process and makes the final decision on selecting the candidate that best meets your requirements.

They are a U-Explore expert: Your chosen careers guidance professional will be fully trained on U-Explore's online resources and will be able to support your team on the integration of employability, CEIAG and work-related learning into the whole-school curriculum. Using U-Explore as a key guidance resource gives you peace of mind that student sessions are interactive, engaging and delivered using up-to-date, expert information about the world of work.

You can also take advantage of our experts: Whatever your school's priorities, you can take advantage of the consultancy services provided by U-Explore's teaching and learning experts. We will spend time with you and complete a full implementation plan, leaving your guidance professional and their line manager, plus a member of your Senior Leadership Team, with an action plan and delivery model that is achievable and identifies the key players in your school who can help.

This fully managed, flexible service is personally planned to meet your exact school requirements and is available daily, termly or annually.
